General Guidelines
- Abstracts must be submitted in English via the website.
- While registration isn't compulsory during the submission process, we kindly ask that you register for the Congress as soon as possible. This ensures your abstract is included in the final program.
- There is no limit to the number of abstracts you may submit.
- There are 2 presentation types: Oral and E-Poster. You may indicate your preference, but the Abstract Selection Committee will make the final format determination.
- All abstracts must have conclusions/results completed by the submission deadline. Abstracts describing data that has not yet been collected and/or analyzed as of the submission deadline will be rejected.
- Abstracts cannot contain advertising, trade names, or product group messages. Please use generic names or terms in your abstract content.
Information Required to Complete a Submission
- Submitting Author: The author that submits the abstract, to whom all correspondence will be addressed and sent. The Submitting Author must be the Presenting Author.
- Title (maximum 20 words): Capitalize the first letter of all words in your title. However, do not capitalize articles and prepositions unless it is the first word of the title.
- Abstract body: maximum 300 words, including the following sections, Introduction, Materials & Methods, Results and Conclusion.
- Authors: Include full names with institution and country.

Editing your Submission
Abstracts may be edited until the submission deadline. After that, no changes to submissions are allowed.
Please note that any typographical or spelling errors, improperly formatted titles, etc., WILL NOT be edited by anyone at the organizer. It is the responsibility of the Submitting Author to review and verify all work submitted.
Abstract Acceptance
- The Scientific Committee reserves the rights to make the final decision of presentation categories and acceptance/rejection of abstract.
- Authors will be notified by email whether their abstract has been accepted or rejected.
- Submission of an abstract acknowledges your acceptance for the abstract to be published in the official congress book or any other meeting-related platform.
Presentation Method
Oral Presentation
- Each presenter is allocated 5 minutes. A light will indicate when time is up, and the presentation will close. If time permits, we will have a discussion; otherwise, we will proceed to the next speaker.
- Please click the link to download the template. Each presentation must not exceed 6 pages.
E-poster Presentation
- Please click the link to download the e-poster template. In addition to the title, ensure that the Paper Number is included before the title.
- Uploading is expected to open next week, and further announcements will be made accordingly.
How to Submit an Abstract
- An account for AACNS 2024 is required. Click “Submission” button to the log in webpage. If you do not have an account, click “Create New Account” and follow the steps.
- Once the account is created, you can start to submit your abstract.
- If you have any questions regarding abstract submission, please contact the Congress Secretariat via email (aacns2024@gmail.com) with subject starting with “AACNS 2024 Abstract Submission Query”. We will reply you as soon as possible, no later than 3-4 working days.
