Registration Fees

Remarks:

1. All cut-off date are based on the local time (Taiwan, GMT+8).
2. Please be noted that registration fee must be paid by credit card only.
3. To be able to qualify the registration rate of Residents, Nurse Practitioner (NP), Nurse, or student, ID or relative identification must be uploaded for approval when signing up.
4. For low and lower middle income countries, please refer to the list of World Bank Classification.

How to Register

1. An account for AACNS 2024 is required. Click “Registration” button to the log-in webpage. If you do not have an account, click “Create New Account” and follow the steps.
2. Once the account is created, you can proceed with the payment or submit an abstract.
3. Any changes or alterations of your registration items or personal information can be made in writing by email to the AACNS 2024 Secretariat (aacns2024@gmail.com).

Visa and Invitation Letter

• Citizens of Cambodia, India, Indonesia, Laos, Myanmar, and Vietnam can apply online for an R.O.C. (Taiwan) Travel Authorization Certificate from the National Immigration Agency, Ministry of the Interior. For more information, please visit HERE.

Invitation Letter

Upon request, the system will automatically email a letter of invitation to facilitate a participant’s travel and visa arrangements after you sign up a new account. It does not imply provision of any financial or other support.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation and refund must be sent in writing with the application form via email (aacns2024@gmail.com) to the Conference Secretariat. Verbal notification will not be accepted.

The following rules of refunds will apply from the date of receipt of cancellation notification:

1. On or before October 1st, 2024: 70% refund.
2. After October 1st, 2024: No refund will be issued for cancellations or for no-shows.

Notes:

1. All refund will be processed in a month latest after the conference is concluded. Except for force majeure factors, late applications will not be refunded.
2. Please note that all refunds will be made in TWD at the prevailing foreign exchange rate. Handling fee and bank charges shall be bore by the participants.
3. Registrants who do not cancel by the above date and do not attend will be responsible for the full registration fee.
4. Registrants are responsible for canceling their own hotel reservations. If the event is cancelled, the organization is not responsible for airfare, hotel or other costs incurred by the registrant.
